This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it. We only ask for what we need to prepare your order.
What we collect
- Order and quote forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the products and date you choose, a delivery address if you ask for delivery, event details, allergies or restrictions you tell us about, and any reference photos you attach.
- If you continue on WhatsApp, the message you send there.
Why we use it
To answer you, confirm availability and price, and prepare and hand over your order. We never sell your data.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are emailed to us through our email provider, and a copy is sent to the address you give. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The site does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order details only as long as we need them to prepare your order and for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time on WhatsApp.
